Happy 10th birthday, Tooting Common parkrun!

Happy 10th birthday to Tooting Common parkrun, who celebrated on Saturday 31st January, welcoming 764 people, with 167 first-timers, and 76 runners recording excellent new Personal Bests – all made possible, (and with thanks to) their amazing 51 volunteers and directed by Co-Event Director, Ken!

Tooting parkrun has grown massively since 2016, when they welcomed 200 participants with 30 volunteers – since then they’ve welcomed over 42,000 participants, with 235,000 finishes covering well over 1 million (!) km and a fantastic 2,200 different volunteers supporting them!

Congratulations to everyone involved – here’s to many more years!
